How to Register for Summer, Weekend or Family Camp

Step 1

Fill out the Camper Registration Form.

New users must create a profile, returning campers will need to sign in.

Step 2

Make a payment:

CLICK HERE to make the deposit of additional payment online.
Payments can also be made with credit card by calling the office at 573-392-1000.

Step 3

Additional Items Needed:

  • Recent Physical
    Must be dated within the year that the camper will be attending camp. A school physical or Special Olympics physical will work.

  • HIPAA Form
    This is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act form. We must have this information. Funding or a letter advising of funding from these sources must be in prior to camp attendance, otherwise, camper will not be accepted upon arrival.

  • Current Photograph
  • Copy of Medical Insurance Card

Camp Registration Includes:

  • Lodging and meals
  • Activities & Programming
  • Medication dispensing & First-Aid
