Camp Registration

Fill out the Camper Registration Form.

Updated for 2023, please read very carefully, changes in ratio requirements have been made.

New users must create a profile, returning campers will need to sign in.

Payments can also be made with credit card by calling the office at 573-392-1000.

Additional Items Needed:

• Recent Physical
  Must be dated within the year that the camper will be attending camp. A school physical or Special Olympics physical will work.

• HIPAA Form
  This is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act form. We must have this information. Funding or a letter advising of funding from these sources must be in prior to camp attendance, otherwise, camper will not be accepted upon arrival.
