Camp Registration

Fill out the Camper Registration Form.

New users must create a profile, returning campers will need to sign in.

Additional Items Needed:

• Recent Physical
  Must be dated within the year that the camper will be attending camp. A school physical or Special Olympics physical will work.

• HIPAA Form
  This is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act form. We must have this information. Funding or a letter advising of funding from these sources must be in prior to camp attendance, otherwise, camper will not be accepted upon arrival.

Camp Crew:
Campers that have completed Summer Camp registration and fit the below criteria are able to apply for the Camp Crew. The Camp Crew campers help out with various activities while at camp and learn new skills – with an emphasis on having fun. Camp Crew applicants must be/have:

• • 3:1 ratio
  • Attended camp previously
  • Show an eagerness to learn and help
  • Submit an application at least 2 weeks in advance of their registered camp week
